Credits and payments

Writing lyrics and listening to previews is free. You pay only to unlock and download a full song.

What a credit is

A credit is one full song. You buy credits in a pack, and a credit is spent when you unlock a song for download. Reading lyrics, changing them by chatting and playing the previews never spend a credit.

Buying a pack

Choose Download full song on a finished song and the packs are shown. Pick a pack, pay, and the download unlocks straight away — you are returned to the same conversation, with the song ready.

What you can see

The number of songs you have left is shown in your profile menu. Your purchases and the songs you spent them on are recorded on your account.

If a payment does not go through

If the payment is declined, nothing is charged and no credit is spent — the song stays exactly where it was and you can try again. If you were charged and the credit did not arrive, contact support with the date and the email address you paid with.
